Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), sebuah perusahaan tambang batubara Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), perlu mematuhi peraturan pemerintah terkait lisensi perangkat lunak. Perusahaan ini menghadapi kesulitan dalam pemantauan dan manajemen lisensi, yang dapat berpotensi mengakibatkan pelanggaran. Selain itu, ketersediaan data yang semakin besar turut memperumit pencarian dan analisis informasi terkait. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan fokus pada perancangan Antarmuka Pengguna (UI/UX) berbasis website untuk Sistem Manajemen Lisensi Perangkat Lunak dengan menerapkan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD), yang terdiri dari empat tahapan utama, , yaitu Understand and specify the context of use, Specify user and organizational requirements, Produce design solutions, dan Evaluate design against user requirements. Pada tahap akhir, dilakukan pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian ini bertujuan menyediakan antarmuka yang intuitif dan pengalaman pengguna yang nyaman. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa UCD efektif dalam merancang sistem yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dengan tingkat usability yang tinggi. Dengan efektivitas sebesar 99%, efisiensi sebesar 96,67%, dan nilai SUS sebesar 88,25, rancangan sistem ini memperoleh penilaian Acceptable, peringkat (B), dan termasuk dalam kategori Excellent. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dirancang layak untuk dikembangkan menuju tahap implementasi yang lebih lanjut.
