Abstract

Resort is a facility and infrastructure for the stay that has a variety of special facilities used by tourists to relax, exercise and get around while enjoying the natural beauty that is around the resort. Likewise with the Province of Lampung precisely in Tanggamus district has a tourist area featuring marine ecotourism exotic nature know to foreign countries. In addition attraction of Teluk Kiluan Bay area there are underwater tours (coral reefs), and the sight of the dolphins that appear in the moming around 7 to 10 o 'clock. However, there are some inns with less supportive architectural aspects. Only residential houses are rented for ovemight stay. The development aspect is not solely for the Julfillment of the economic aspect but also needs to give equal weight to the social and culturat aspects. Development must be a grounded development and also always in harmony with the balance of nature. Teluk Kiluan area has a great potential development to be one of ecotourism destination. Basically ecotourism can be developed in various areas such as protected forests, production forests and marine conservation. The sea is a habitat of fish, coral reefs and deep sea ecosystems. Ecotourism in principle is not selling destinations but selling local Science and philosophy or ecosystems and sociosystems. The selected location is Teluk Kiluan Tanggamus Regency, Lampung.
