Abstract

PT. Firman Keiaun merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang mengusahakan pertambangan batubara di Bengkulu. Lokasi penambangan PT. Firman Ketaun berada di Desa Tanjung Dalam, Kecamatan Napal Putih, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, Provinsi Bengkulu. Perusahaan ini menerapkan metode penambangan tambang terbuka (strip mine) dengan kombinasi antara backhoe dan dump truck sebagai alat galimuat dan alat angkut. Produktivitas aktual alat angkut articulate dump truck (ADT) Volvo BM A35 yaitu sebesar 57.822,454 LCM/bulan untuk 4 unit ADT Volvo BM A35 yang berpasangan dengan backhoe Doosan 500 LCVdan sebesar 30.759,028 LCM/bulan untuk 2 unit ADT Volvo BM A35 yang berpasangan dengan backhoe Volvo EC 210 Blc. Tingkat keserasian kerja (matchfactor) antara kedua pasangan alat gali muat dan alat angkut yaitu 0,61 untuk pasangan backhoe Doosan 500 LCV dan nilai matchfactor 0,51 untuk pasangan backhoe Volvo EC 210 Blc. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dengan menjadikan match factor sebagai bahan pertimbangan, maka sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan jumlah alat angkut menjadi 7 unit pada backhoe Doosan 500 LCV dan 4 unit pada backhoe Volvo EC 21OBIc (alternatifC). Penambahanjumlah alat angkut akan menyebabkan perubahan terhadap nilai match factor dan tingkat produktivitas alat angkut itu sendiri menjadi match factor 1,06 dengan produktivitas alat angkut sebesar 101.189,2945 LCM/bulan untuk pasangan backhoe Doosan 500 LCV dan matchfactor 1,02 dengan produktivitas alat angkut sebesar 61.518,056 LCM/bulan untuk pasangan backhoe Volvo EC 210Blc. Perubahan tingkat produktivitas alat angkutjuga mempengaruhi perencanaan waktu final disposal MUM/BBS yang semula memerlukan waktu 23 bulan 23 hari untuk memenuhi disposal dengan kapasitas 2.113.855 LCMmenjadi tinggal memerlukan waktu 13 bulan untuk mencapai kondisifinal.
