Abstract

Tuleap is an open-source website to provides internal IT services for the company PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. However, the results of the interview showed that this site has several shortcomings, such as being difficult to use because there are too many website pages to move during the complaint process and there are several features that are less informative. This research intends to improve the design of the website and create a mobile-based application prototype. In this research, the design thinking method is used by the researcher. This method is considered suitable because it focuses on user needs. There are several processes carried out by researchers when using this method, namely step empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. In the final stage, namely testing, researchers used the single easy question method to obtain an average score of 6.49, which means that the Aduan Layanan TI application makes it easy for internal company users to submit complaints regarding information technology incidents.
