Abstract

The objective of this research were to (1) identify Euphorbia farming that done by flowershop, (2) measure of level adopted flowershop in Euphorbia farming, (3) analyze the factor Capital, age, education, relative advantage, compatibiliy, complecsity, observability, triability between Euphorbia plant of level adopted. Collecting data in research location was done on March and April 2007 by using survey method. Method of sampling which used was simple random method to the flowershop in Palembang city. Where from population of 116 flowershop, taken 30 flowershop as a sample. Primary data was taken from direct flowershop and secondary data was got from institutions which relationship with this. The data was tabulated processed, continued by analyzing descriptively. To showed factors that was relation flowershop in Euphorbia plant to adopted farming used to Chi Square test and to be continued with coefficient of contingens for to seeing relation and tight correlation between factors that was influence of flowershop within level adopted at Euphorbia plant. Result of this research showed that Euphorbia plant can be fine live on Palembang city, The Average level of adoption flowershop have been middle criteria to do Euphorbia of farming. Capital factor influence of level of adoption, but age, education, relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, observability and triability were not influence of level of adoption by flowershop. O O Chi Square test showed Capital factor X count higher than X table (6,87 > 5,991) with coefficient of contingens C= 43,12%, so Capital factor must be on to have in Euphorbia farming although a small sum. I
