Abstract
The angsana plant is one of the plants that can successfully grow on critical land such as post-mining land. Microenvironmental factors such as soil moisture, soil temperature, light, and soil pH have a role in influencing plant growth. It is important to monitor the microenvironment to see the response to plant growth, especially on critical land where not all plants can grow and survive in these conditions. This research provides information on the survival ability of angsana plants in conditions of unstable microenvironmental factors and monitoring soil moisture dynamics as one of the microenvironmental factors that play an important role in angsana growth. This research was conducted from October 2023 to November 2023 in the FABA landfill (Fly Ash and Bottom Ash) of PT Bukit Asam Tbk. The sampling method in this research used the Random Sampling method then the number of samples was determined using the slovin formula. The data obtained from the field was analyzed to find the average and the relationship between parameters with correlation and then multiple linear regression using SPSS software and presented descriptively quantitatively with boxplots and statistically using PCA or Principal Component Analysis. In this research, it was found that the microenvironment had a significant effect in increasing the growth of Angsana plants.
