Abstract

The purpose of this research are to describe Science level of farmers in agricultural innovation matters of cananga flower, describe the level produce of cananga flower which produced by farmers and to analyze the connection between sciense level of farmers in agricultural innovation matters of cananga flower with increasing the produce level of cananga flower in Srengat Village Blitar Regency, East Java Province. This research was conducted in Srengat Village, Blitar Regency, East Java Province from June to July 2005. The place was decided purposely and the research used survey method on 30 nembers of farmers of cananga flower in Srengat Village Blitar Regency, East Java Province, The sampling method that used was randomised simple design. The data which collected in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. The data was Processing descriptively and using statistic analyze by Spearman Level Test. The cananga flower which planted by the farmers in Srengat Village is tree variety. Sciense level of farmers accepted to agricultural innovation matters of cananga flower are fair enough, that shows from average score 13,90 and included in middle criteria. Produce level cananga flower farraers included in middle criteria too which the average score 11,80. There are positive connection between Science level of farmers on accepted the agricultural innovation matters of the cananga flower with increasing produce level.
