Abstract
This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational support and job satisfaction on the resistance to employee changes at PLN UIK SUMBAGSEL. In dealing with the problem of resistance to change, PLN UIK SUMBAGSEL made efforts including increasing organizational support and employee job satisfaction in dealing with this resistance to change. The sampling technique in this study was to use the sampling method through questionnaires to 300 employees spread across all regions and work units of PLN UIK SUMBAGSEL. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis by adding the t test and F test. The results showed organizational support and job satisfaction partially had a negative and significant effect on employee change resistance at PLN UIK SUMBAGSEL.
