Abstract

PT Pertamina E P Asset 1 Field Jambi is currently in cooperation with ROEs Muaro Jambi in gas trading activily. This cooperation was marked by the making of Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSA) between PT Pertamina EP Field Asset 1 Jambi as the seiler and ROEs Muaro Jambi as the buyer. Pertamina Jambi will produce gas in accordance with the terms and specifications stated in the contract Gas Sales Agreement (GSA), they are 2,5-2,8 MMSCFD of gas volume and gas pressure of 100-200 psig, which adapt to the requirements of this specification facilities in ROEs Muaro Jambi’s CNG Station. In order to fulfill the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSA), which has been agreed upon, Pertamina Jambi implements Gas Commercialization Project at Field X. Good preparations are required so the implementation of this project goes well and according to the requirements of the agreement, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the preparation and implementation of this Gas Commercialization Project. The preparations have been going well. These preparations are, in production facilities such as separators, gas scrubber and gas filter separator, have been able to separate and distribute gas in accordance with consumer demand, as well as the using of 13 mm bean that produces 2,8389 MMSCFD of gas volume and 140 psig of gas pressure, which is able to produces gas in accordance with consumer demand. The use of 13 mm bean also doesn’t make Pertamina loss due to excessive gas production and should be disposed to flaring. With those good preparations, so the implementation of the Gas Commercialization Project at Field X runs smoothly with gas supplies to be in accordance with the terms and specifications stated in the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSA) between PT Pertamina EP Field Asset 1 Jambi and ROEs Muaro Jambi.
