Abstract

This research to aim at deseription of ihe advantage of exvtence Karya jaya station for th IR64 rice vallcy farmerand to classipicalion kinds of vvork after Karya Jaya runs and also to calculatc income of IR64 rice vallcy farmer before and after the existence of Karya Jaya station the carrying out of this research on out door began Juli to August 2003 with the farmer in Karya Jaya region. This research used study case mcthod with metodh of loalery for example sensus method from all specimen farmer whose concerte usahatani IR64 rice valtey and another job. Collecting data war prima data and sekunder data its deseended from interview with the farmer and quisioner answer which is given to the farmer and data of region which is taken from region office ang get information from Central slalislic bureak. The result of research in Karya Jaya Region produet of rice before cxistance of Karya Jaya station runs, rate produet cf rice did not increase but diserease about 2.650 kg/ha. The income of usahatani farmer IR64 rice valley before existance of Karya Jaya station about Rp. 3.438.000/ha. And after its runs income to come down to Rp 2.949.600/ha. Ils discrease beeause ol’thc farmer has to make asccnd farming variabel cost to fiil reejuisites daily. Non usaluitani job after Karya Jaya station runs asongan, food seiler, gatliering rice seiler, polished rice come and laboures. The raling of incomc non usahalani is labourcr Rp. 4.680.000.00 and gatliering rice seiler Rp. 4.327.645,5 and polished rice carc about Rp. 3.745.795,50 and food seiler Rp. 2.043.500 and asongan Rp. 1.155.777,8
