Abstract
Several years earlier we used the 13-component RRP based on Permendikbud No 22 of 2016 concerning Process Standards which contained: Identity of subjects; Competency standards; Basic competencies; Indicators of Competence Achievement; Learning objectives; Teaching materials; Time Allocation; Learning methods; Learning Activities; Assessment of learning outcomes; Learning Resources. Meanwhile, now with the independent learning program, the Minister of Education and culture makes a policy with only 1 sheet of RPP. It aims to simplify the 13 components into 3 components that are considered the most important including objectives, activities and learning assessments. The training carried out aims to make teachers able to make lesson plans in accordance with existing guidelines. The training is carried out online through a zoom meeting because it is still in a pandemic situation so it cannot be done face-to-face. Training starts on 18 September 2022 and ends on 20 October 2022. The participants were 20 teachers who were members of the MGMP (Subject Teacher Conference) PPKn Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency. From the results of the training, there was an increase in understanding before and after the training, this was indicated by an increase in test scores which previously averaged 47 to an average of 67 after training. In addition, the training participants also have skills in making lesson plans, this can be seen from the RPP product assessment scores where an average of 93.6% is obtained in the very good category.
