Abstract

The objectives of this research are (I) to describe activity Iuran dan Dana Peremajaan Tanaman Perkebunan (FDAPERTA- Bun) program palm oil, (2) identify the social ecomic characteristic participant and not participant farmers to Iuran dan Dana Peremajaan Tanaman Perkebunan (IDAPERTA- Bun) program palm oil, (3) know the advantage farmers with Iuran dan Dana Peremajaan Tanaman Perkebunan (IDAPERTA- Bun) program’s palm oil. The method of this research is survey method. Farmers palm oil consist of two level was farmers who was follow that program as Level I and farmers didn’t follow that program as Level II. Data was collected consist of primer and secunder data. Primer data was farmer identity, general situation farming and social economic characteristic of participant and not participant farmer to IDAPERTA-Bun program. Secunder data was monography village, information and report from instansi who had relation to the research. The sample was disproporsionate stratified random sampling. Total population was 175 farmers, who was participant IDAPERTA-Bun program 145 farmer and not participant 30 farmers. Total of the sample was 30, each of them 15 farmers. The result of this research was showing the activy IDAPERTA-Bun program from 1995/19%, but the participanf the farmers to IDAPERTA-Bun program until 1998/1999. The social economic characteristic participant and not participant farmers to IDAPERTA-Bun program can’t showed difference ffom education variable and experience variable but age and income can showed with uji Chi-kuadrat result. It is show X2 account 8,57 and 4,82. Farmers who was follow IDAPERTA-Bun program can iritating grade production TBS. So that their farmers palm oil income higher with advantage farmers to participant IDAPERTA-Bun program will get the money to replanting of the palm oil farming .
