Abstract

The Purposes of this reseach were: 1) to measure the relationship?s role in the programming Karya Rahayu woman farmer, 2) to measure member s participation in the programming Karya Rahayu woman farmer. 3) to analyze the relationship between both ofthem. t This research was conducted in Bukit Sangkal Neighbothood. Palembang city. and started on July until September 2005. the research methodology used case study that used census sampling method. Sampling was taken from 29 person member of Karya Rahayu women farmer. The data collected used as primary and secondary data. Pcimari data includes direct interview to farmers and secondary data conected with duty. Then done as systematic and description analysed. The result showed that rate score of the leadership's role was 2.84. it includes in high criteria and the members participation rate score was 2,64, it includes in high criteria too. The relationship between the leadership’s role and member s participation in the programming Karya Rahayu woman farmer on spearman-test rank (rs), resulted that account rs is 0,899 and table rs (30) is 0,306. It mean Ho was rejected and there was relationship both ofthem.
