Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the dosage of compound fertilizer that giving the best growth to the “entres” branch of the rubber tree Clone PB 260. This research was conducted in plantation experimental field of Agronomy Department of Agriculture Faculty, University of Sriwijaya, ffom May 2007 to August 2007. This Research used Randomized Design Completely with five treatments and five replications. Each treatment consists of seven plants. The dosage of control was (20,5 g Urea + 30 g SP36 + 7,5 g KC1) and the compound fertilizer tablet Plantta Plus (20 : 10 : 10 : 8) dosage were 4 tablets for each plant, 15 tablets for each plant, 27 tablets for each plant and 38 tablets for each plant. (TR) The result of research was showed that the compound fertilizer tablet with 27 tablets dosage given the best growth to the “entres” branch of the rubber tree Clone PB 260. The compound fertilizer tablet in dosage 27 tablets for each plant gave the better entres” branch length, amount of petiole and amount of leafs than control and another dosages.
