Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji sinergisme multi isolat bakteri dan mendapatkan komposisi isolat bakteri Azotobacter, Azospirillum, Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat, dan Bakteri Endofitik terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan serapan nitrogen tanaman jagung pada Inseptisol asal lebak. Percobaan dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan * menggunakan kombinasi bakteri Azospirillum, Azotobacter, BPF, dan Bakteri Endofitik dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali sehingga didapat 24 unit percobaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan F (kombinasi Azospirillum, Azotobacter, dan BPF) merupakan perlakuan yang memberikan berat kering tajuk, berat basah akar, berat kering akar, volume akar, serapan N dan P terbaik pada tanaman jagung. Sedangkan untuk tinggi tanaman terbaik ditunjukkan pada perlakuan C (kombinasi Azospirillum dan BPF). Kata kunci : bakteri penambat, pelarut fosfat, tanaman jagung
