Abstract

The implementation of Knowledge Management is important for Region V Cultural Preservation Center, which is facing a shortage of Pamong Budaya due to high demand. Without a knowledge management system, the risk of losing knowledge when a Pamong Budaya moves is high. The development of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the KMSLC Method is a solution to maintain and share knowledge. Functionality testing shows that the KMS features run well, while usability testing using SUS of the KMS obtained acceptable results in the acceptability ranges indicator and received a good predicate in adjective ratings.
