Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of practicum using PhET colorado on student learning outcomes on parabolic motion material at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. This research was conducted on students of class XII IPA 3 as the experimental class and students of class XII IPA 2 as the control class in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The research method used is a quasi experimental research method with the type of research design Nonequivqlent control desaign. The results of this study indicate the effect of practicum learning using PhET colorado on student learning outcomes in parabolic motion at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. This is shown from the results of hypothesis data analysis which concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In addition, if observed from the results of questionnaire data, students agree that practicum learning using PhET colorado can improve student learning outcomes.
