Abstract

Burai village is one of the tourist attractions located in Tanjung Batu  sub district, Ogan Ilir  District, which is one of the tourist attractions with great potential to visit, the natural tourist panorama of Burai village is very interesting for tourist to visit. With various uniqueness and various natural beauties. Burai village is one of the unique tourist attraction in Ogan Ilir district, but it is, a shame that even though Burai village tourism has a variety of natural beauty and uniqueness, there are still many inadequate facilities and infrastructure for its development, there for a collaborative governance process is needed in ecotourism management. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze collaborative governance in tourism management in Burai Village Tanjung Batu District, Regency Ogan Ilir. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research method with data collection through interviews, research, documentation. To find out strategy for developing the potential collaborative governance process which is divided into six duatus Forging Agreement, Building Leadership, Building Legitimacy Building Trust, Managing Conflict, and Planning the results of the research show that Burai Village is able to have the right strategy so that is development is a result of the research show that Burai Village is able to have the right strategy so that is development is a result of the collaborative governance process in managing the community and developing opportunities and upgrading the existing samans and prasarang rides as activating the gremesi check muata deva burai for a wider audience of visitors. Keywords: Collaborative Governance, Burai Village Desa burai merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang terletak di kecamatan tanjung batu kabupaten ogan ilir yang merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang sangat potensial untuk dikunjungi, panorama wisata alam desa burai sangat menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Dengan berbagai keunikan dan berbagai keindahan alamnya. Desa burai menjadi salah satu tempat wisata unik di kabupaten ogan ilir namun sangat disayangkan meskipun wisata desa burai mempunyai berbagai keindahan alam serta keunikan, namun masih banyaknya sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai untuk pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan proses collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan ekowisata . tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis  Collaborative Governance dalam Pengelolaan Wisata di Desa Burai Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan potensi kawan Desa Burai sebagai daya tarik wisatawan di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dilakukan dengan teori proses collaborative governance yang terbagi menjadi 6 dimensi Forging Agreement, Building Leadership, Building Legitimacy, Building Trust, Managing Conflict, dan Planning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata Desa Burai mampu memiliki strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangannya sehingga hasil proses collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan ekowisata yaitu mengembangkan, mengelola dan meningkatkan kembali wahana, sarana dan prasarana yang ada serta mengaktifkan promosi objek wisata Desa Burai untuk menarik pengunjung secara luas Kata Kunci: Collaborative Governance, Desa Burai
