Abstract

This study aims to analyze social relations in society KaryaMulia village, District Rambang Middle ax, Prabumulih. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach, while the number of informants in this study were 14 informants. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses the theory of the social relations of Spradley& Curdy. The results of this study are the social relations assosiative that exists between the Javanese, Balinese people, and Tribal Rambang the form of cooperation barganing related to the economy, the accommodation and acculturation-related differences in culture and the assimilation of the use of language, where the language used is composed of language rambang as local language, Javanese, Balinese and Indonesian languages are used as an alternative language. Accommodation marriage customs related to cultural differences, dance and also of religious differences is the emergence of tolerance with each visit during the holidays between religious communities as for the relation dissosiatif occurred in the economic field is where the competition among middlemen both Javanese and Tribe Rambang and in the field of religion is the existence of some people not agrees inter-religious festivals that do not fit their religious teachings. The driving factors and factors inhibiting social relations caused by the characteristics of each tribe. Keywords: Social Relations, Tribe
