Abstract
Preventive measures and early detection of LPG gas leaks, commonly used in households and industries, are necessary to prevent LPG gas leaks. This study developed a smart fire detection system in food kiosks based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using smoke and gas sensors as well as fuzzy logic methods. The results show that this system can detect fires using these sensor technologies. Data collected by the detector will be sent to the Blynk IoT platform for processing and analysis. This device can only detect smoke and gas within a maximum range of 35 cm. With fuzzy logic, the system can indicate the level of security.
