Abstract
ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out how effective online learning is on the learning outcomes of Economic Education students class of 2020. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with a phenomenological qualitative research type. The population in this research is Economics Education Students Class of 2020. The sample taken in this research was Purposive Sampling. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques use open questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The effectiveness of online learning on learning outcomes is measured by online learning indicators, learning outcomes. The research results obtained show that the online learning carried out and participated in by 2020 Economic Education Students is in the effective category. It can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by Economics Education Students that they not only get learning outcomes in the form of increased knowledge but can also improve their Soft Skills abilities such as the ability to find sources of learning material, the ability to make a learning video, and the ability to speak in public. This is of course driven by positive motivations obtained both from the student's internal and external self. The 2020 Economics Education students have also been able to overcome various basic obstacles in implementing online learning with the strategies that each student has.
