Abstract
An experiment was carried oul at BPP Sembawa Banyuasin to determine the effect of Stimulant Plus on production and the secondary characteristic of Rubber {Havea brasiliensis) Clone IRR 39. The research used random plot design method which eight treatment and three plot. The treatment consist of S/2 d3 ET 2.5% Plus Ga 5/y (2m) (A), S/2 d3 ET2.5% Ga 5/y(2m) (B), S/2 d3 ET2.5% p,us Ga 10/y(2m) (C), S/2 d3 ET2.5% Ga 10/y(2m) (D), S/2 d3 ET2.5% Plus Ga 8/y(2m) (E), S/2 d3 ET2.5% Ga 8/y(2m) (F), S/2 d3 Pha Ga 10/y(2m) (G), and Control (H). The parameters observed was total production (g/p/s), percentage of rubber content (%), girth (cm), and bark thickness (mm) with latex rubber hose visualization. The research result showed there was no difference in rubber production, 4 months after treatment with either 2.5% percent using either palm oil or water as dilution. Latex production dilution because clone IRR 39 as low metabolism and total of rainy at 2011 October until 2011 December is too high. The research result show high production at treatment S/2 d3 ET2.5% Plus Ga 8/y (2m) (E) as 293.89 g/r/tap after application of stimulant. Stimulant increase rubber content as 1.79% by control because of stimulant tied water around latex rubber. Percentage of high content rubber at control, D, F, G, B, C, E, and A in succesion 47.04%, 47.02%, 45.71%, 45.34%, 45.31%, 44.95%, 44.79%, and 43.64%. i
