Abstract
This research aims to determine the growth and yield of soybean, looking at the effect of various doses of liquid fertilizer and tillage on growth and yield of soybean, as well as see the effect of the growth of soybean plants as intercorps in immature rubber plants. It was conducted on November 2011 to March 2012 at “Kebun Percontohan PT. PUSRI”, North Indralaya Ogan Ilir. It used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAKF) with three replications. The first factor was the dose of liquid fertilizer (P) consisted of three treatments, P0 (0%), P1 (50%), P2 (100%). The second factor was the treatment of soil tillage (T) consisted of three treatments, T1 (perfect tillage), T2 (simple tillage), T3 ( no tillage). The results of research indicated that the interaction of both factors was significantly different treatment of the variable rubber plant girth and very significant effect on the amount of fertile nodes and 100 seed weight. The treatment dose of liquid fertilizer showed a very real difference to the amount of fertile nodes, amount of pods per plant, number and weight of crop seeds, weight 100 seeds. Land treatment showed significant differences and the amount of fertile nodes per plant and seed weight very significant effect on the amount of pods per plant, amount of seeds per plant and weight of 100 seeds.
