Abstract
The process of metal powder deposition process deposition electrolysis. Produciion tools to produce copper powder consist of a power supply Circuit with varied value of 5 volt s, 10 volt s and 15 volt s. This thesis will discuss the malang of copper powder by electrolysis with elektro refming method, because this method canproduce fine grainpowder with highpurity, 99.97% ~ 99.99% copper. Stages of tesipowders with varia t i ons, voltage 5 volt electrolyte, 10 volt, and 15 volt, 15- minute time interval deposition, 20 minutes, and 30 minu/es, the anode and cathode distance 30 mm, the concentration of the sol u t ion elektrolit H2SO4 and solution elektrrolit H2O. The results of the electrolysis process m the form of copper powder mixed with the powder size distribution used the optimum size of 212pm (70 mesh), 180p m (mesh 80), 163pm (mesh90), 150pm (mesh100), 125pm (mesh120), 106pm (mesh140), 93pm (mesh 150), up to 90pm (mesh 170).
