Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) on Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. The population of this study includes all Islamic Banking companies in Indonesia for the period of 2012-2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria obtained by 6 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the respective Banking website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) had positive and insignificant results on the Financial Sustainability Ratio, while the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a positive and significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio, In contrast Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) have negative and insignificant results on the Financial Sustainability Ratio.
