Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and employee engagement on the performance of UPTB SAMSAT Palembang City III employees. The population of this research is honorary employees of UPTB SAMSAT Palembang City III, and the sample for this research is 50 people. The data analyzed comes from answers to questionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of the research found that employee engagement work discipline on the performance of UPTB SAMSAT Palembang City III employees. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that employees, even though they are in a position as honorary staff, employees must continue to work optimally, and improve their abilities, skills and quality of work, because ha This is capital to be able to compete in an increasingly competitive world of work.
