Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of digital transformation variables and organizational social capital on performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method used using the SPSS application. The population in this study was 107 employees with a sample of 85 employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang. Data collection techniques used through questionnaire spread methods. The results of this study state that the Digital Transformation variable partially affects Performance with tcount value of 2.681 and a significance of 0.009 < 0.05 which means that it has a significant effect on Performance. The variable Social Capital Organization partially affects Performance with a tcount of 2.627 and a significance of 0.010 < 0.05 which means that it has a significant effect on Performance. The results of this study show that Digital Transformation and Organizational Social Capital simultaneously affect Performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch Office with a calculated Fcount of 47,976, while the significance value of F is 0.000 < 0.05, the multiple regression analysis model is significant.
