Abstract
This research aims to determine the readiness of PPKn teachers in implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. This research uses a qualitative approach. With descriptive qualitative research methods. The population in this study were 3 people, including Class X Civics Teachers, Class Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the data presentation that has been carried out, it can be concluded that overall teacher readiness in implementing the independent curriculum is quite good as seen from 1) Analysis of learning outcomes is carried out systematically and simply according to the student's phase. 2) The use of textbooks by educators is carried out interactively. However, the books produced by the government had too few reading sources and few illustrations. So you need supporting books to add to the material studied. 3) In creating a project module for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang, various components and formats have been adapted to the needs and character of the students.
