Abstract

This research This research uses three methods of approach in legal research, namely the Philosophical Approach, the Statutory Approach, and the Legislative Approach.The results of this study indicate that the application of the piercing the corporate veil doctrine in the perspective of the responsibility of directors in a limited liability company, namely the Board of Directors is fully responsible for the management of the company for the interests and purposes of the company and represents the company both inside and outside the court in good faith and full responsibility. The Board of Directors in carrying out management duties and representing the Company in court and outside the court must be fully responsible for the interests of the Company, called fiduciary duty.
