Abstract
Financial report prepared and reported at lest in once a year. some of users needs additional information to measure the ability of company to survive. the additional information analyzed by the users. to measure company's financial ability can be analyzed by analyzing the financial report prepared by the company/ A company can be categorized in insolvent if thet failed bankrupcticity can be asked by the owner or the creditors. methode applied in this research is Z Score methode found by edward altman in 1968.
