Abstract
This paper assets the effects of fiscal policy and public expenditure on economic growth in a simple of 16 developing Islamic countries during 1971 until 2005. In this paper, we explore how tax policies in fact affect a country?s growth rate. We find that statutory corporate tax rate are significantly positively correlated with capital, tax rate, bond and expenditure government, but differences for various determinant concumtion of economic growth rates. In fixed-effect estimates using a panel data, we again find that increases in tax rate lead to higher future growth rates with budget constraint individu tax to consumption, corporate tax rate to capital and income tax to public expenditure.
