Abstract

This research was conducted to produce biological science literacy questions based on the AKM framework on ecosystem material and interactions between components that are valid, reliable and practical. The research subjects were students in class XI IPA 2 at SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. This research was conducted based on the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Djaali and Mulyono (2008) development model. The development stages consist of theoretical synthesis and needs analysis, construction of variables and learning objectives, creating a grid, preparing instruments and scoring, theoretical validation, revision, empirical validation, and analysis of test data. The test data analysis stage is carried out based on empirical results which are divided into validity tests, reliability tests, and item analysis. Item analysis aims to analyze the level of difficulty, differentiating power and distractors. The validity assessment was based on three validator experts, namely content experts (3.57) with the valid category, AKM framework experts (3.50) with the valid category, and language experts (3.66) with the valid category. The assessment results from the three experts showed that the product was in the valid category with a score of 3.57. The validity assessment was also based on the practicality questionnaire at the empirical validation stage, it was found that the product was included in the practical category. The reliability results of the five forms of questions developed were that two questions were reliable, while three questions were unreliable. Thus, it can be stated that the biological science literacy questions based on the AKM framework on ecosystem material and interactions between components are valid, reliable and practical questions.
