Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tourism on community social change in Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism, Lahat Regency. This research uses descriptive type with quantitative approach. The data were collected by means of questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique in this study uses score interpretation. The results ofthis study indicate the impact of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism on community social change on several indicators, namely social structure indicators which show an overall percentage result of 83.5% with a high category, family modernization indicators which show an overall percentage result of 74% with a medium category, and indicators of improvement in community insight which show a percentage result of 70% with a medium category. So, it can be seen that Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism in Lahat Regency has a sufficient impact on social changes in the community around tourism.Keywords:Impact, Agrotourism, Tourism, Social Change
