Abstract
The research was conducted in Greenhouse Department of Plants Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus. It was start from Juny to October 2013. Aims of this experiment were to determine the effectivetion of fruit maja to control D. cingulatus on rosella. The research used Completely Random Design with six treatments and four replications. The consentration of maja fruit were used 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 % and control. The result of research showed that the concentration of maja fruits extract influence the mortality of D. cingulatus. High mortality was happen concentrate of 15% LC50 of Dysdercus cingulatus by fruit maja extract is 4,838%. D. cingulatus dead by fruits maja extract will showed brown colored body, stiff and shrunken.
