Abstract
This research develops a "Heart Rate and Oxygen Saturation Recorder System Based on Smart Health" using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Through web-based monitoring, healthcare professionals can directly monitor patients' conditions remotely, reducing the risk of In Hospital Cardiac Arrest (IHCA). Implementation with MAX30102 sensor and NodeMCU ESP8266 shows an average absolute error in heart rate measurement of 6.7 BPM before meals and 9.3 BPM after meals, and oxygen saturation measurement of 0.87% before meals and 1.03% after meals. The system's success rate is over 80% in making health condition decisions. The data is efficiently stored in the database. This research concludes that Smart Health is an effective solution for medical monitoring, ensuring quick and accurate handling in hospital emergency situations.
