Abstract
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi is a daily public transportation for Palembang residents, because the conditions are safe, comfortable and have stops that are quite widely spread throughout the city. The inaccuracy of BRT Trans Musi departing from the terminal will cause delays for stops in a corridor. The Delay Management model can be used to find out how long the delay feasibility occurs so that it can minimize the waiting time for BRT Trans Musi. This study examines the problem of Delay Management in BRT Trans Musi Corridor II Terminal Sako - PIM because in this corridor there are several transit stops that allow delays to occur. Based on the results, the optimal solution for the Delay Management model on the first path form Terminal Sako – PIM has a delay of 67 seconds while on the second path PIM – Terminal Sako has a delay of 250 seconds.
