Abstract

Potential is a large unknown resource and an underutilized power and Effectiveness is comparing the cost of levying retribution with the realization of retribution revenue while Efficiency compares between the realization of retribution revenue and the target of retribution on revenue. The purpose of this research is to know Potential Levy of Phirus1 People's Shipping, Effectiveness and Efficiency of Collection in Palembang City This study uses primary data with 64 respondents as sample. The analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative qualitative analysis. The results showed that Phinisi Phannaceutical Shipping License Potential in the period of 5 years has increased, with an average of Rp. 44 l .046.064.000.00,- The lowest potential occurred in 2011 amounted to Rp. 294,858,720,000.00,- and the largest potential occurs in 2015 Rp. 644.026.800.000.00, -. And the level of effectiveness of financial performance criteria describes "very effective" while the efficiency rate of collection indicates the criteria of financial performance ''efficiency" within 5 years.
