Abstract

Air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting untuk kehidupan dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Sebelum digunakan air harus melalui proses koagulasi. Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) menggunakan aluminium sulfat sebagai koagulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kebutuhan aluminium sulfat cair di tahun 2023 sampai 2024 menggunakan metode Holt Winter’s dan memperoleh kebijakan persediaan menggunakan model inventori probabilistik Q pada persediaan zat kimia aluminium sulfat cair di PDAM. Diperoleh prediksi kebutuhan aluminium sulfat cair pada tahun 2023 rata-rata sebesar 647.644,23 kg lalu tahun 2024 rata-rata sebesar 646.830 kg dengan kebijakan inventori probabilitas Q aluminium sulfat akan dilakukan pemesanan sebanyak (q_0) 270.842 kg pemesanan dilakukan (r) ketika stok inventori sebanyak 187014 kg dengan cadangan sebanyak 147.931 kg dengan tingkat pelayanan (η) sebesar 99,9% dan ekspektasi ongkos total pertahun (O_T) sebesar Rp 12.507.086.284,00 per tahun.
