Abstract
Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang analisis eksergi pada sistem kogenerasi Turbin gas di PT Pusri unit I-B. berdasarkan analisis ini dapat diketahui besarnya irreversibilitas yang terjadi selama proses berlangsung pada tiap-tiap komponen dalam sistem tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis perhitungan maka didapatkan irreversibilitas pada tiap-tiap komponen, pada sistem turbin gas irreversibilitas tertinggi terdapat pada ruang bakar yaitu sebesar 25,2 M W, kompresor 3,77 M W, turbin 0,57 M W, dan efisiensi rasional terendah terdapat pada ruang bakar 66,1 %, kompresor 84,7 %, turbin 98,4 %. sedangkan pada HRSG kerugian irreversibilitas tertinggi terdapat pada ruang bakar, 22,04 MW, superheater 9,27 M W, evaporator 0,53 M W, economizer 0,53 M W. dan nilai efisiensi rasional terendah terdapat pada superheater 31,26 %, ruang bakar 59,2 %, economiser 70,9 %, evaporator 95,6 %. Efisiensi rasional eksergetik pada sistem turbin gas 20,5 %, Efisiensi rasional eksergetik pada HRSG 37,18 %. Sedangkan efisiensi gabungan sistem sebesar 32,75 %.
