Abstract

This research aimed to discover the impact of Firm Size, Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) towards Price to Book Value (PBV) of the Cement Manufacturing Subsector Company listed on Indoensia stock exchange in 2010-2017 period of time. Samples were obtained from Bursa Efek Indonesia, using purpose sampling method to obtain 6 samples of companies. The data used in this research were multiple linear regression analysis and SPPS 23.0 program for further research. These results indicate that Firm Size variable does not have a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not have a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) ) has a significant effects on Price to Book Value (PBV).The implication of this study size, ROE, DER, DPR are not the main factors affecting company value.
