Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital voucher application that can be used by business actors to create, change, use and monitor digital vouchers flexibly and efficiently for business actors who do not yet have an online shop. The method used in this research is the Devops method. This research begins with the planning stage which involves identifying the needs and objectives of the application using the Kipling method (5W+1H) and SWOT analysis. Application designs are created using UML diagrams. The development stage includes forming the voucher application concept into a collection of codes that can be used locally, and combining the codes into one application that can be installed on Android. The testing phase uses Blackbox Testing to find errors in application functions. The release stage includes creating guidelines and relevant information regarding the application, as well as releasing the digital voucher application to the internet. The operation phase involves user feedback, which shows that the application is suitable for use, as well as data monitoring for further application development. The conclusion obtained is that the digital voucher application was successfully designed and implemented well and the DevOps method was proven to be suitable for application design because it helps direct development in a structured and iterative manner.
