Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets (ROA), solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) beserta harga komoditas Crude Palm Oil (CPO) terhadap harga saham subsektor industri perkebunan dan tanaman pangan selama periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis data panel melalui perangkat lunak Eviews 12. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik non-probability sampling, menghasilkan 17 sampel perusahaan dari total populasi sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, DER berpengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, sementara harga CPO tidak memiliki pengaruh pada harga saham.
