Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan algoritma CH dalam menentukan jalur terbaik dan menganalisa penyebab penentuan jalur terbaik berdasarkan kondisi beberapa jalan di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan YOLOv8 untuk perhitungan kendaraan pada rekaman CCTV, DT digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi jalan, dan algoritma CH untuk penentuan jalur terbaik. Variabel yang digunakan sebagai input untuk menentukan jalur terbaik adalah kondisi kepadatan lalu lintas, dan jarak tempuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa jalur terbaik pada setiap kondisi (6 kondisi) adalah jalur yang sama yaitu jalur kontraksi 3 dengan bobot sebesar 11,5. Sedangkan untuk jalur dengan bobot paling tinggi pada setiap kondisi yaitu jalur kontraksi 1 dengan bobot sebesar 20,45.
