Abstract

Oven Drying Vacuum (ODV) is a dryer used to dry materials that are sensitive to temperature and high pressure, such as fruit and vegetables. This research aims to examine the financial analysis of oven drying vacuum. This research was carried out from Januari 2024 to April 2-24 at the Homeland Engineering Machinery Laboratory, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used in this research is a descriptive method. The analysis process begins with direct observation of tools, surveying market prices. Literature studies, analyzing financial data and data calculations. The result of this research is fixed cost is Rp. 3.290.000/year, variable cost is Rp. 53.153.580/year, total cost is Rp. 56.443.580/year, BEP value of production volume (turning point) at 141,1kg, BEP value of production price is Rp. 302.000/kg. Revenue is Rp. 74.880.000/year, profit before PPH (5%) is Rp. 18.436.420/year, profit after PPH (5%) is Rp. 17.514.599/year, NPV value is Rp. 81.913.945, Net B/C Ratio is 1,29. Based on the results of this research, it can be proven using financial analysis calculations that this oven drying vacuum is economically feasible to operate/run.
