Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi keria dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan CV Sinar Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin yang berjumlah 36 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin.
