Abstract

Tiket.com application as one of the online travel agent (OTA) has received many bad reviews on the Google Play Store, so an evaluation is needed to ensure the level of user experience. This research aims to evaluate the Tiket.com application using the Heuristic Evaluation method to measure user experience. The respondents in this research are users of the Tiket.com application who had made at least one transaction. The results of the Heuristic Evaluation method obtained an evaluation value on a scale of 3 which means Major Problem (given medium priority for improvement) which consists of several components, visibility of system status (3,42), match between system and the real world (3.25), user control and freedom (3.16), consistency and standart (3,32), error preventation (3,18), recognize rather than recall (2,95), flexibility and efficiency of use (3,35), aesthetic and minimalist design (3,39), help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors (3,03), and help and documentation (3,16).
