Abstract

This research is entitled "Development of Case Based Learning Based E-Module Using Heyzine on the Impact of the Development of Colonialism and Imperialism in Indonesia Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Palembang". The focus of the problem in this study is to develop valid Case Based Learning-based E-Module teaching materials using Heyzine and the impact of the effectiveness of Case Based Learning-based E-Module using Heyzine material on the impact of the development of colonialism and imperialism in Indonesia class XI SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. This study aims to develop a valid, effective, practical, and interesting E-Module and develop a Case Based Learning-based E-Module using Heyzine which has an effective impact as a history learning resource for class XI SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. This research is a type of R&D development research by adopting the Alessi & Trollip development model. The validity of the E-Module is based on the results of expert validation conducted at the beta test stage through several expert validators, namely media, material and language. The results of media validation were 4.94, material validation was 4.92 and language validation was 3.84 with a very valid category. In addition, the level of effectiveness of the E-Module can be seen from the learning outcomes of students measured through the field test stage in pretest and posttest activities with a value ratio of 50.52% and N-gain of 0.77 which is included in the high category. So it can be concluded that the Case Based Learning E-Module Using Heyzine on the Impact of the Development of Colonialism and Imperialism in Indonesia Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Palembang is valid, interesting, effective and efficient to use in learning history in class XI.1 SMA Negeri 2 Palembang.
