Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep hutang piutang dalam Q.S Al Baqarah menurut tafsir Al-Mishbah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan yang bersumber dari data sekunder, yaitu buku, tafsir, jurnal dan literatur lainnya terkait dengan konsep hutang piutang dalam surah al-baqarah. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa tematik, di mana dengan menghimpun dan menyusun ayat-ayat al-quran terkhusus ayat pada surah albaqarah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat 7 tema utama yang terkandung dalam surah al-baqarah menurut tafsir almishbah yang berkaitan secara langsung dengan konsep hutang piutang. 7 tema utama ini yakni meliputi pengharaman riba, perbedaan jual beli dan riba, ajakan meninggalkan sisa riba, anjuran memberikan keringanan kepada orang yang berhutang, anjuran mencatat hutang piutang, anjuran menghadirkan saksi-saksi dalam hutang piutang, dan anjuran memberikan barang gadai atau jaminan. This study aims to understand the concept of debt in Surah Al-Baqarah according to the Al-Mishbah interpretation by M. Quraish Shihab. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of library research based on secondary data sources, namely books, interpretations, journals, and other literature related to the concept of debt in Surah Al-Baqarah. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis, by collecting and organizing Quranic verses, especially those in Surah Al-Baqarah, related to the research. The results of this study explain that there are seven main themes contained in Surah Al-Baqarah according to the Al-Mishbah interpretation, which are directly related to the concept of debt. These seven main themes include the prohibition of usury (riba), the difference between trade and usury, the call to abandon remnants of usury, the recommendation to provide relief to debtors, the recommendation to record debts, the recommendation to bring witnesses in debt transactions, and the recommendation to provide collateral or guarantees.
