Abstract

Housing is a basic human need so many communities want to have a home, it is seen as a business opportunity by some people so the emergence of many property companies. To promote its products, the company needs a promotional media, one of which is a website. Diana Maju Property is one of the property companies that operates in the field of sale-purchase of subsidized houses and rental-lease of warehouses. As long as Diana Maju Property does not have a website and only promote its products on social media, it is expected that the sale of properties on DianaMaju Properti can increase after supplementing their promotional media as a website. Therefore, the researchers decided to create a prototype of a subsidized house promotion using Design Thinking. After conducting the testing process using the System Usability Scale, obtained a score of 72.5. According to the SUS scale of value, the score received is included in the category Acceptable with grade “C” so it is acceptable and eligible to be developed into a subsidy house promotion at Diana Maju Property.
