Abstract

RINGKASAN PRA RENCANA PABRIK ASETALDEHIDA KAPASITAS 50.000 TON/TAHUN Karya tulis ilmiah berupa Skripsi, Juli 2018 Kurniasih dan Nesi Harniwika; Dibimbing oleh Dr. Tuti Indah Sari, ST., MT. Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sriwajya xvii + 523 halaman, 7 tabel, 6 gambar, 4 lampiran Pabrik Asetaldehida direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Kebakkramat, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 4,1 Ha dengan kapasitas 50.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan Asetaldehida dilakukan dengan mereaksikan asam asetat dan hidrogen dengan proses hidrogenasi. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh dewan komisaris dengan jumlah karyawan 180 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi dari pra rencana Pabrik Pembuatan Asetaldehida ini adalah sebagai berikut: a) Investasi = US$ 35.810.626,11 b) Hasil penjualan per tahun = US$ 440.000,000 c) Biaya produksi per tahun = US$ 401.864.693,72 d) Laba bersih per tahun = US$ 18.686.300,07 e) Pay Out time = 1,7 tahun f) Rate of return on investment = 52,18 % g) Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 89,22 % h) Break Event Point = 34,77 % i) Service Life = 11 tahun
